I bought rims for my van to put winter tires on. I've bought 2 sets of wheel
covers from canada trash so far and the quality is terrible. Anybody got any
suggestions or, better yet, a set of 16" covers?

You bought 16 in wheels, when 15's (the standard size on Chrysler minivans
without the mag wheel option) are cheaper and easier to find stock
wheelcovers for. You would have saved about $20 per tire too.
215 65r16 are the same overall diameter at p215 70r 15

I own a 2001 town and country and 15 inch wheels won't fit over the
oversized calipers. I did try. They will however fit the standard vans. I
hope this clears things up for you. BTW do you have 16" rims for me?

I own a 2002, same wheels, same brakes, (4 wheel disc) and I run the 16 inch
mags in spring summer and fall. 15 inch steel wheels (wrecker) with winter
radials in winter. No I don't have any rims for you.

The Town & Country van has very large brake calipers and the 15" inch rims
will NOT fit. Believe me, I tried. I traded a 94 concorde which had new
tires on 15" rims that I wanted to keep but they would not fit over the
calipers. I looked it up at all the suppliers of rims that I could find and
they all agreed that the 15" rims will NOT fit on the T & C. Thanx for your
input though.
