Voltmeter: good quality or average

12 volt AC adapter(s): any polarity or current rating; the type of plug
doesn't matter.

Dremel or Dremel attachments.

What current(s) do you need? I have one of those Universal AC Power
Adapters that have ADAPTAPLUGS for
1.5, 3, 4.5, 6, 7.5, 9, and 12 volts. However the max current delivered
is 300 milliamps. The Adapter may be used
for POSITIVE or NEGATIVE TIP POLARITY equipment by removing and rotating the
coaxial plug 1/2 turn.
Is this the type of adapter you mean? Could sell you mine as I never use
it if this is what you needed.
