Here's a review from another site:

"I have had several Denon products before and have been very impressed
with their quality, hence my decision to purchase the DVD-800. The unit
operated perfectly for 15 months before displaying a H02 error. I took
it back to place of purchase, and was told to take the unit to an
authorised repairer. I was charged $40 for quotation which turned into
$150 to replace the drive machanism. I was offered 3 months warranty on
labour only. Within a further 14 months I had the same problem occur. On
researching the problem I find that the DVD-800 is basically a
re-branded Panasonic player and the H02 error has been known about for
some time. This is very poor form from a company I perceived to be a
long term player in the high end A/V market. I wouldn't purchase a Denon
product again - I expect that most of their products are fine, but it is
a gamble in my opinion."
