It looks like it might have mange. Mange often goes away on its own or
you can use a vet. He was abandoned. He's tied up temporarily in my
neighbor's yard, so the sooner he finds someone to look after him, the
better. Playful, energetic, good appetite, good with kids and adults.

The poor thing doesn't look very healthy at all. You should bring it to
a shelter so they can tend to his health and find a great family for him.

Great news. The Humane Society actually picked him up. Problem
solved. :) They said they couldn't, initially, as they only had one
driver.
